Miss Aliayah began dance at age two and instantly fell in love. As a Salem high school Visual and Performing arts academy Alum Miss Aliayah attended George Mason University's world renown school of dance and later graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelors degree in theatre and dance. Miss Aliayah is acrobatic arts certified and continues to train in dance, tumbling and aerial silks. Miss Aliayah's performance credits include two seasons in Busch Gardens Williamsburg's hit show "Jack is Back",  one season as costumed character and several other performances. Miss Aliayah officially opened MAD Elite on July 5th, 2023 after recognizing the need for high quality training for dancers of all ages.

Miss Alexis began dancing at three years old and has been dancing ever since. Miss Alexis has trained mostly in Ballet, and is passionate in correct placement and injury prevention through strong technique. Miss Alexis graduated from Old Dominion with her degree in exercise science and continues to dance. Miss Alexis’s performance credits include several seasons at Busch Gardens in a multitude of acting and stilt walking roles. Miss Alexis has also performed at other parks including Kings dominion and Universal. Miss Alexis teaches Newbie Ballet, Ballet Lab, and Level one Ballet!
